Exhibition renovation

Dear Visitors,
The Esztergom Castle Museum is pleased to inform its dear visitors that it will reopen its doors on April 3, 2026.
Renovation works are still ongoing at our institution; however, with the approaching tourist season, we consider it important to welcome visitors again. Although the works have not yet been fully completed, the museum is already able to receive guests.
Please note that part of the chapel is currently covered with scaffolding, as restoration works are also in progress there.
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding any possible restrictions and temporary changes resulting from the renovation. We trust that your visit will still be enriching and full of experiences in the renewed environment.
